1.
When the green hit the sky And the ground ran it wild I was standing on my own Once again, just me Like when the wind blows And the cobwebs finally leave It's only time until Someone walks by, again
2.
Charade 03:18
Now here comes the relapse The sinking back down To the place you know all too well (chorus) What you got to loose? The clarity was left far behind You're just a shell Charade you really are It has to be now or never The ally between narrows And your eyes, they open wide (chorus)
3.
Walk With Me 05:08
This is the last of us You know, I never want to make a fuss The days linger on The hours play my song I place my final bet You, you never forget And now, I know I'm still here And this is not quite yet I walk the same line And again, and again But this is not quite yet I walk the same line And again, and again I walk the line And the line walks with me Into the sun And all of God's children Walk with me I walk the line And the line walks with me Walk with me...
4.
23 04:22
The ghost of the single ice cube Lingers in the bottom of your glass As the eyes on the monkey's shoulder Seduce you last erection to burst And you think you've got gold Well it's in the pig's sty (chorus) And the shadows of demons and lovers Hang the noose round your worn out neck It's another possible moment of pleasure That disappears down the old dark road Just you, you're on your own And you think they'll hear When you scream to nothing? But someone too long in the tooth To give a shit about some other fucked up old hag Passed a sell by date at only 23 (chorus)
5.
The Lakes 08:22
The old black dog Looked at the door The key in the latch The fire in the stove The tear stained eye Cracked the glass Another week is done (chorus) And who cares what it's about? As long as someone goes Enjoy a show Keep flicking, you never know The old black dog Shuffled to the left Closed his eyes Fell black to sleep Right at the front Of your fragile heart And you bark the same old song (chorus)
6.
7.
The Lie 03:22
When it all started The landscape was alien As any strange new world But when I see your smile It's as homeward As the warmth of you arms (Chorus) The punch of the synth Flows over the broken chords Of the last ache of my heart At the whisper of your name And it's tearing me apart But as I walk on the broken shells Of long forgotten loves I think of all the times The lie of love Really meant something to me But whatever, who gives a shit anyway? (chorus)
8.
And I said Wait, don't get ahead of yourself Just wait and see What's coming for you (chorus) It was all out now Every single time they said I've got a thing on you And it's surrounded by glass It's all I've ever said It's all I've wanted to say And every single day Whenever I wanted to walk (chorus)
9.
Fur 07:11
Just when I thought The last words had left It hit me like a photograph On the mantle showing an old day Making me fear Making me care (chorus) You slip away Into the fog Not quite where the tigers were But still far And I'm letting go so gently now I wait for days and days For this love of yours to come home again To make me feel To make me care (chorus) To make me feel To make me care (chorus)
10.
I walk a narrow line It runs between loss And the reaction to love And it's just beginning The luck is spilling Out over the water And I know, I could be king And I know, I could be king

about

For my third album, I've tried to incorporate various new textures, rhythms and sounds to create something a little different to my past efforts. This includes upping the production value a wee bit. I hope you enjoy.
