Wolves 01:28
Stroke a feeling into life So quiet, I tap on the table The beat runs like water And your feet dance like wolves And your feet dance like Wolves I move like the horizon With all the grace of the summer day The warmth of your eyes is comfort beyond the norm And your feet dance like wolves And your feet dance like Wolves

Dreaming 05:34
She crawls out of darkness Out into light Where the moths still play Deep in the suburbs Where the only green is grey She cries out for something it's been too long She's crawling to empathy Out in the centre In the fading light of day She's dreaming of dreams She's running to run She's crying to cry She's dreaming of dreams The pavement's familiar cold The welcome drops of sun She feels the grey at the her feet She can see it It's in her eyes She gets lost sometimes The old familiar grin She always comes back to where you are Out in the centre In the fading light of day She's dreaming of dreams She's running to run She's crying to cry She's dreaming of dreams

The Space 02:55
Now I know I'm falling off the edge of the space at the end of world I feel the gravity of the situation is dragging me with itself You used to feel alive but never wondered how it felt So you hang on to yourself So you runnaway It's easier than staying on It's easier than facing the lie It's easier than holding on I've got fingers in your eyes They're clawing at the centre It's where the thoughts found themselves They try to realise what happened to the pockets Where the fear was the only way in So you runnaway It's easier than staying on It's easier than facing the lie It's easier than holding on

You've got your fathers eyes We took them in good faith In my smile I'm in my smile In my smile Hide from the sun Made of sugar and spice It's an old man's lie In my smile I'm in my smile In my smile Hide from the sun
5.
Trickle Down 02:45
There's water here It's amongst the trees The hour hand ticks fast The fly lays down to rest And the feeling keeps trickling in And this feeling keeps trickling in There's a reason it keeps watching you Of all the glass houses The stones only throw away The rocks only smile at clouds And the feeling keeps trickling in And this feeling keeps trickling in
6.
You were the silhouette in the distant window You move like the wind over the forest You were the picture of song The picture of water The picture of the boat that takes me away Nowhere to be found in the light At the end of the day I see your movement in the dark You fall in comforting arms Dreaming of better ways In comforting arms On the floor you rummage past clothes Past the leftovers of yesterday's good intentions Throwing out the papers from the shelves You can handle the shocks in the trembling hands You feel the kiss of hope on my lips Nowhere to be found in the light At the end of the day I see your movement in the dark You fall in comforting arms Dreaming of better ways In comforting arms Dancing forever in the light Dreaming forever in the dark Looking for you in the night time Looking for your movement In the jagged light of The Looming Blue...

Open My Eyes 02:37
Keep wondering along a winding path Lost the things that got me here Thoughts of something bigger What am i in the face of space? I was naive when I was young And now, I am free Keep riding the big horse Ignore the black dog Keep an eye on the black God I'm going to keep wondering why Why i opened my eyes? Let my thoughts stray Keep on the wondering path back home And open my eyes
8.
Flowers 03:15
Walk through the flowers Run through the heart of it Walk through the flowers Like the Machivellion boy He crawled right under my skin That way he breaks on through I taste the bitter sweet cake Walk through the flowers Walk through the flowers
9.
Sunrise 03:07
We sit by the side of the hill The sun hasn't spread its wings And there's no sign of sunrise They wore the white over the black The scarf lay over the floor I held them in my arms and lay forever And there's no sign of sunrise
10.
The Union 04:10
Sitting silently by the stars I caught my reflection He was staring at me The darkness poured it's way over his eyes The hope still lingers behind the feeling it's over He's wanting the union My desire and ambition is slipping faster than my grip I can't get where i belong All the time the distance grows And I smile at the hope The hope it's gonna go on The desire to keep it moving And the ambition to love you till the end of the end of the end of the end...
11.
Let Go 04:56
If you let go of it We'll know forever Take them over the water Like the mountain goat Pining for the other side Where the grass never rests And the wind always holds on And you never let go I've got nothing to show you Nothing to show for myself I'll be over the water Like the fallen angel I'll be gone over the water Let me go and I'll never bother you again Before you know I'll be over the hills And away with the birds As I fade So does the flute on the air As the distant call begins to fall I'll be gone And it won't be the first time You can kiss me on air No it won't be the first time You can kiss me on air It won't be the first time You can kiss me on air... ...And it's your voice...

about

A few things...
This album has some happy songs, some sad songs and some in-between songs that all mean something to me. The piano used is the one I learnt on which is nice. It took about a year to write but only a few days to record and of course a little longer to mix and master.
This is for the gang at the Marley, friends, family and my partner.
